Not everyone is familiar with infrared saunas and we understand that. That's why we've started the FAQs section to help customers understand what are infrared saunas and how they work. Also, we'll be more than happy to answer any question to our best abilities.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide medical advice and we highly recommend you consult your doctor before using a sauna.
Titanium can absorb infrared depending on the size and the thickness of the clips. Also, if it's near the surface of the skin (within a couple of inches) the heat might cause it to slightly expand. The body core temperature can reach up to 100 degrees during a sauna session.
Again, we cannot provide medical advice and highly recommend that you consult your doctor before using a sauna.
