Series Details

Far Infrared Technology

All our saunas come equipped with our commercial grade heaters that have a lifetime expectancy of 100,000 hours.

Feet therapy & Leg Heaters

Flushed floor heaters will keep your feet warm and comfy.

Hot Air Circulation

With our unique heater frame design, hot air does not get trapped between the heaters and the sauna walls. This technology will get the sauna hot faster and reduce the power usage. The heat will not escape through the sauna walls like other infrared saunas.

7 Color Therapy Lights with a Remote Control

Chromotherapy, also called color therapy, is the use of color and light to gently bring about homeostasis. The colored lights will help you relax and release pressure and tension while you are using the sauna.

Premium AM/FM CD Player with USB and Aux-in

Relax to your favorite music with our premium AM/FM CD Player. The CD player is installed inside the sauna for easy access and includes a remote control so you don't have to leave your seat to change the radio station.

Portable Ergonomic Backrest

Wooden Backrest that provides firm, responsive support. Anatomical design maintains the back's natural curve and promotes neutral posture while seated for a long period. Designed with solid Hemlock-Fir or Red Cedar (with no veneer) for shape retention and firm support. Portable backrest that allow you to adjust it to the desired position.

Oxygen Ionizer

Releases ions to purify the air and kill odor causing bacteria. The oxygen ionizer will keep the air in the sauna fresh and clean.

Thick Tempered Glass Door & Windows

Tempered glass (aka safety glass) is four to five times stronger than standard glass and does not break into sharp shards when it fails. It is manufactured through a process of extreme heating and rapid cooling, making it harder than normal glass.

Great for the Price!

My husband bought this, as we had an infrared sauna before, but sold it when we moved across the country. We finally got a new one. The price is right! Just wish it had the option to have someone come put it together. It was rather a bear of a job to put it together. You definitely need two people, but a third would make it easier. I think 3 people could set it up in an hour. The first part is unpacking all of the boxes, and we put ours upstairs.

We enjoy this sauna so much.

We love this sauna. Delivery was fast and the sauna came in three box on a pallet and wrapped with plywood. The driver lowered the sauna off the truck and helped us push it into the garage. Putting the sauna together was easy, but the panels are heavy so 2 people need to assemble it.

We got the sauna yesterday and today we had our second session. I'm happy that I got a sauna with the floor heaters I like that I'm pretty well surrounded by the infrared heaters. I sweat a lot in this sauna and I feel very relaxed after using it.

Great buy

Easy to assemble, I've had it for over a year now, and still works great. The radio is sort of annoying, fuzzy on some stations, the door could have a little better seal on it, but overall, it's great for what I payed for it.

Great Buy
I looked at similar saunas for way more money. This has all of the features I was looking floor, especially the infrared floor panel. Not to many have that. After daily use for a year, everything is still working fine. I had to call customer service once to ask a question and they were very responsive. Recommended

Great Sauna

So far so good. Looks great and works even better. Assmebly was a sinch. Use it after hitting the gym. I would like to have seen the speakers a little higher end, or at least insulated for sound at the top of the dust cover. Otherwise just good things to say.

Very nice

I've been looking at this sauna for a while and I'm glad I finally ordered it. I'm writing this only after my second session so I can only relate my experiences in that context. First of all, ordering and shipping was fast and easy as was assembly. There were 3 of us working on it, Me, Myself and I so unpacking and assembly took about 2 hours and that included removing the packing as I went, there is a lot of that. It came in 3 boxes attached securely to a 6 foot wide by 2 foot long pallet and while it was a struggle to drag the boxes into the house, one at a time I should add, I managed it, two people might have been better for that. I have a tile floor so dragging the boxes over them was no big thang. BTW, the arrows on the boxes are for shipping purposes, each box has to be laid down before opening.

I used a workbench and a wall to hold up the back panel until I could get one side attached and from then on it was drag a side over and lift it into position. I had to open the glass door to get a grip on the front panel and it too attached easily. The top went on OK, it fits very snuggly and if the sides aren't attached and aligned correctly it won't go on. I had a problem with it at first until I discovered that the control panel wire was pinched between the front panel and the top, once cleared the top snapped on like it was made for it. The outside appearance doesn't look bad at all in my living room, the raw edges have splinters though, I have a hole in my hand that can attest to that but there are no raw edges visible once assembled.

Actually using the sauna is intuitive, the control panel has symbols that make it easy. Having a control panel on both the inside and the outside is the way to go IMO, adding time or adjusting the temp would be a pain midsession if there were only one control on the outside. I set the temp at 120 degrees for both my sessions and the timer at 30 min. There is a loud and I mean loud tone in that relatively quite environment that will wake you up if you fall asleep when the timer gets down to 1 minute, it only sounds 3 times for about a second each time so it's not too annoying. I didn't wait for it to warm up much, maybe 3 minutes, the infrared rays are supposed to be doing their thing, right, not the heat as I understand it. I was sweating within 5 minutes after I entered, the temp gage said it was 80 degrees in there but keep in mind that the sensor is in the ceiling where if I remember right is where heat goes first.

There are a couple of things that I found strange, there is only one LED light on the inside and 3 on the outside under the overhang, what's up with that? The magazine rack isn't wide enough for a magazine so I didn't install it, reading is out until I get more light in there anyway. The element in the floor seems strange, supposedly the elements shouldn't be allowed to get wet. I chose not to hook it up and use towels both to sit on and over the floor to keep sweat off of it. If I decide to hook it up at a later date I might still use a towel over it, the elements under the floor and the seat are supposed to be lower power so that should be OK.

Mine came with an S curved door handle not the straight one in the pictures. My radio is installed in the ceiling panel and has a nice knob that allows me to tilt down a tray so that the radio is in front of me and not above and behind like in the pictures. The light therapy doohicky, uhm, I'll have to get back later on that. The ionizer and O2 thing seems to work OK, I've used it but since my sauna is new I'll have to see what happens, there is little or no odor from the wood like I expected. The base has hard plastic feet attached to the wooden feet at the corners and there are strips of wood under the floor with feet to support it in the middle so it doesn't sag at all. The backrest doesn't fit me very well so after using it for about 10 minutes I just took it out altogether. The bench is 43 inches wide so two average size people will fit in this thing well enough but they would have to be very good friends, as a single guy it's just right for one.

Oh yeah, this 2 person sauna is huge, I knew what the dimensions were before I ordered it of course but in person it's really big, kind of like Dr. Who's tardis in reverse.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this sauna or this company to anybody, I may even talk my dad into getting one.

Great Sauna

The Sauna was delivered within 4 days of placing the order. The sauna went together extremely well, is everything that was advertised and has met all of our expectations. The price for the quality of the sauna is outstanding.

I have researched all kinds of Far Infra Red Saunas for some years now. Finally in a position where I was ready to buy one, I decided to get one from Crystal Sauna. I purchased the Deluxe 2 person sauna and I absolutely love it. It's not only beautiful and well made, but it works just like I thought it might. I have a condition that makes it difficult to sweat and with a little supportive direction from the staff, I am now sweating regularly and comfortably for the first time in my life. I'm impressed and happy to be releasing so many toxins. The ordering process was simple and efficient. The Sauna arrived quickly and was easy to put together. The owner and staff are very personable, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. I had a few minor problems with the unit when it arrived, and the owner was out here to take care of it immediately. I'm really very impressed. I'd give them 5 stars just for the customer service alone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality FIR Sauna, from a reputable dealer who provides outstanding customer service. I am one very happy customer!
