The optimal time and heat settings will depend on the user preference. Most of our customers reported that they use the sauna around 125 °F for 30 minutes. However, if you are planning to use the sauna for a cardiovascular workout or have a heart condition, it's recommended to use the sauna at 115 °F for 15 minutes. Make sure to ask your doctor before using the sauna if you have any heart condition or cannot tolerate heat.
We recommend keeping the sauna session under 40 minutes to avoid overheating.
