Dear Colin,
The sauna will be shipped in 3 boxes strapped onto a pallet. The truck will have a lift gate and driver will lower the sauna and drop it on the curb side or the first dry area. If you would like, we can offer inside placement for $295.
You don't need a forklift since the truck has a lift gate. Also, the freight company will call ahead of time to schedule a delivery time.
If you have a two wheeled cart or a dolly, you can move the individual boxes easily. For assembly, we recommend at least two people to set up the sauna because the panels are heavy.
