What is the jointing of your cedar/hemlock as well as the thickness of the cedar/hemlock? What is the actual micron range and curve profile emitted of the FIR? Should the interior be lightly sanded of the cedar periodically? Or treated in anyway periodically? Thank you.

Answer and Comments

The cedar and hemlock are tongue and groove panels and about 7mm to 8mm thick. The heaters emit infrared wave in the range of 6 to 14 microns. The interior will require light sanding once in a great while to remove any stains. However, using a towel on the bench will protect a bench from staining.
